Le p\u00e9dophile &#8220;vivait avec sa fille \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d&#8217;un couple&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un <strong>p\u00e8re de trois enfants a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable de viols sur sa fille qui ont dur\u00e9 des ann\u00e9es<\/strong> \u00e0 Grasse.<\/p>\n<p>La cour d\u2019assises des Alpes-Maritimes a rendu son verdict apr\u00e8s trois jours de proc\u00e8s \u00e0 huis clos.<\/p>\n<p>Un homme de<strong> 67 ans<\/strong>, p\u00e8re de trois enfants, a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu, ce mercredi, <strong>coupable d\u2019avoir viol\u00e9 sa fille pendant des ann\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accus\u00e9, un dessinateur industriel \u00e0 la retraite, gardien de villa dans le haut-pays grassois au moment de son arrestation, a toujours ni\u00e9 ses crimes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les viols ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 quand la victime avait treize ans et se sont poursuivis alors qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait adulte.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019affaire avait \u00e9clat\u00e9 au grand jour en 2017 quand la victime est parvenue \u00e0 s\u2019extraire de la maison familiale et a pu rencontrer un compagnon.<\/p>\n<p>Sa belle-m\u00e8re l\u2019a pouss\u00e9e \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler ce qu\u2019elle avait subi \u00e0 la justice.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avocat de la d\u00e9fense, Me Jean-Yves Garino, qui pense que l\u2019accus\u00e9 a \u00e9galement subi des agressions sexuelles dans son enfance, confirme que :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Mon client vivait avec sa fille \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019un couple&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Deux de ses oncles ont d\u2019ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9s pour des viols.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019avocate g\u00e9n\u00e9rale Val\u00e9rie Tallone a requis dix-huit ans de r\u00e9clusion criminelle, peine prononc\u00e9e par la Cour et les jur\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 de la victime, circonstance aggravante, n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue conform\u00e9ment aux demandes de la d\u00e9fense.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche,<strong> l\u2019accus\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable de viols par ascendant \u00e0 caract\u00e8re incestueux.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Source : <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicematin.com\/justice\/il-vivait-avec-sa-fille-a-la-maniere-dun-couple-un-pere-condamne-pour-des-viols-incestueux-qui-ont-dure-des-annees-584335?t=MTc5YWFlNmZiNzQ3ZmNjMzE3Njk3NmY2Y2ExMTgzNzVfMTYwMjQyNjI0NjgzNF81ODQzMzU%3D&amp;tp=viewpay\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">nicematin.com<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les viols ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 quand la victime avait treize ans et se sont poursuivis alors qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait adulte Dix-huit ans de r\u00e9clusion criminelle pour le p\u00e9docriminel reconnu reconnu coupable de viols par ascendant \u00e0 caract\u00e8re incestueux.
