Trois hommes suspect\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9s, plac\u00e9s en garde \u00e0 vue, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s au parquet de Chalon-sur-Sa\u00f4ne\u00a0et mis en examen, rapportent nos confr\u00e8res du <i>Journal de Sa\u00f4ne-et-Loire<\/i>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs chefs d&#8217;accusations leur sont reproch\u00e9s : <strong>viols aggrav\u00e9s, viol avec plusieurs circonstances aggravantes et non d\u00e9nonciation de crime.<\/strong> Le parquet, qui a ouvert une information judiciaire, affirme qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pour l&#8217;instant <strong>pas de placement en d\u00e9tention provisoire<\/strong>\u00a0mais que l&#8217;enqu\u00eate se poursuit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rappel des faits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les faits remontent au\u00a0<strong>dimanche 4 d\u00e9cembre 2016. Aux alentours de 19 h 15<\/strong>, un jeune homme scolaris\u00e9 \u00e0 Beaune et domicili\u00e9 en C\u00f4te-d\u2019Or, \u00e2g\u00e9 de <strong>16 ans<\/strong>, est parti du Creusot pour rejoindre, en auto-stop, un village de la r\u00e9gion beaunoise situ\u00e9 \u00e0 une trentaine de kilom\u00e8tres. C\u2019est dans la commune du Breuil, en parcourant la rue Pasteur, qu\u2019<strong>il s&#8217;\u00e9tait fait r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer, contre son gr\u00e9, par trois hommes. Ces derniers l\u2019auraient forc\u00e9 \u00e0 monter \u00e0 bord d\u2019une fourgonnette avant de reprendre la route.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une dizaine de minutes plus tard, les individus,\u00a0auraient stopp\u00e9 leur v\u00e9hicule au bord du canal du Centre. <strong>C\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re de la fourgonnette que le viol se serait d\u00e9roul\u00e9. Deux hommes auraient forc\u00e9 le jeune auto-stoppeur \u00e0 leur faire une fellation.<\/strong> Une fois l\u2019acte termin\u00e9, les trois ravisseurs auraient continu\u00e9 leur route, toujours accompagn\u00e9s de la victime, avant de la laisser \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de son village de destination.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019adolescent aurait ensuite parcouru quelques m\u00e8tres \u00e0 pied pour rejoindre le domicile familial vers 20 h 30. Avertis des faits d\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e, sa m\u00e8re et ses proches avaient appel\u00e9 les secours qui \u00e9taient intervenus rapidement pour le transporter\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital de Dijon o\u00f9 une batterie de tests avait \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le lendemain, le jeune homme avait port\u00e9 plainte aupr\u00e8s des gendarmes de Beaune qui avaient imm\u00e9diatement d\u00e9but\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate.
