Elle a subi la m\u00eame chose, au m\u00eame \u00e2ge.<\/h3>\n<div style=\"width: 668px; height: 374px;\"><script async=\"async\" type=\"text\/javascript\" src=\"\/\/www.rtl.be\/videos\/player\/vp_embed.js\" videoid=\"644124\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>Nous vous parlions il y a une semaine de l\u2019histoire de Sarah, une petite Fran\u00e7aise de 11 ans : elle a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte pour viol, apr\u00e8s avoir eu une relation sexuelle avec un homme de 28 ans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le parquet n\u2019a pas retenu le &#8216;viol&#8217;, parce qu\u2019il estime que l\u2019enfant a suivi l\u2019homme sans se d\u00e9battre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une affaire, qui a fait resurgir du pass\u00e9 le drame v\u00e9cu en Belgique par Gwen, une jeune femme de 22 ans.<\/p>\n<p>A 11 ans, elle aussi avait suivi un homme (48 ans) et n&#8217;avait pas su lui dire non.<\/p>\n<p>Son exp\u00e9rience, c\u2019est qu\u2019\u00e0 11 ans, on ne sait pas ce qu\u2019est un acte sexuel.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8220;A 11 ans, on n&#8217;a pas la maturit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour prendre ce genre de d\u00e9cision&#8221;, <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>explique-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n\u2019est que plusieurs ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s l\u2019acte que Gwen a pris conscience de ce qu\u2019on lui avait fait.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a alors <strong>pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es souffert de terribles insomnies, culpabilisant de ne pas avoir eu le r\u00e9flexe de se d\u00e9battre, de refuser.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il lui aura fallu 7 ans pour qu\u2019elle franchisse le pas et qu\u2019elle ait le courage de d\u00e9poser plainte.<\/p>\n<p>Son agresseur n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, elle a accept\u00e9 de rendre publique son histoire, pour sensibiliser l\u2019opinion sur la fragilit\u00e9 d\u2019<strong>une enfant de cet \u00e2ge, face \u00e0 un acte qui lui est totalement inconnu : l\u2019acte sexuel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 aid\u00e9e pour &#8220;tourner la page, et se dire que clairement, on n&#8217;est pas responsable, on ne va pas se d\u00e9truire la vie&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Elle est optimiste pour la petite Sarah.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8220;Elle n&#8217;a pas \u00e0 s&#8217;en faire. Dans dix ans, elle sera super heureuse. Ce qui s&#8217;est pass\u00e9, \u00e7a fait d&#8217;elle ce qu&#8217;elle est aujourd&#8217;hui.
