\u00ab\u00a0Je veux qu’il aille en prison. Je n’accepte pas ce qu’il a fait \u00e0 mon fils, lance-t-elle au tribunal. Je n’admets pas qu’on le laisse en libert\u00e9 alors qu’il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait la m\u00eame chose sur son petit fr\u00e8re<\/strong>. S’il reste libre, je pense que je serais capable de lui faire du mal.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Enfermer les gens ce n’est pas suffisant<\/h4>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident du tribunal correctionnel de Niort, G\u00e9rald Faucou, qui si\u00e8ge en coll\u00e9giale, doit intervenir et rappeler que le pr\u00e9venu, sous curatelle renforc\u00e9e, 20\u00a0ans, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 sous contr\u00f4le judiciaire.<\/p>\n

Qu’il devra \u00e9galement r\u00e9pondre de ses actes ant\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n

\n

\u00ab\u00a0Mais l’intervention de la justice ne consiste pas uniquement \u00e0 enfermer les gens, rappelle-t-il.<\/p>\n

Il sortira bien un jour de prison et il faudra bien, ce jour-l\u00e0, qu’il soit gu\u00e9ri si l’on ne veut pas qu’il recommence.<\/p>\n

Pour cela, il lui faut un suivi des soins. Pas avec son m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste traitant comme cela est indiqu\u00e9 dans la proc\u00e9dure, mais avec un sp\u00e9cialiste.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

La m\u00e8re de la victime finit par en convenir.<\/p>\n

Il n’accepte plus rien venant des hommes<\/h4>\n

Mais son avocate insiste en lui demandant cette fois de revenir \u00e0 la barre pour parler des troubles d\u00e9j\u00e0 visibles dont souffre son fils.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il n’a pas voulu suivre les soins psychologiques qu’on lui a propos\u00e9s parce que ce que cela se faisait en pr\u00e9sence d’hommes et d’un p\u00e9dopsychiatre homme, explique-t-elle.<\/p>\n

A l’\u00e9cole, c’est pareil, j’ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 ce qu’il soit mis dans une classe avec une femme professeur des \u00e9coles. M\u00eame son p\u00e8re ou son beau-p\u00e8re d\u00e9sormais, il n’a plus aucune confiance.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\u00ab\u00a0S’il a des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 avoir de l’empathie pour les autres aujourd’hui, c’est essentiellement parce que les autres ne lui en ont jamais donn\u00e9.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Le tribunal a condamn\u00e9 le pr\u00e9venu \u00e0 1\u00a0an de prison avec sursis et mise \u00e0 l’\u00e9preuve durant 3\u00a0ans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Il est dans l’obligation de suivre des soins adapt\u00e9s et il a l’interdiction d’entrer en contact avec des mineurs. Enfin, le tribunal constate son inscription au Fijes, le Fichier automatis\u00e9 des auteurs d’agression sexuelle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
