L\u00e9opold Mendes, substitut du procureur, insiste sur l\u2019acte pr\u00e9m\u00e9dit\u00e9, raisonn\u00e9, organis\u00e9, sadique, pr\u00e9dateur de l\u2019auteur.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019auteur des agressions est un ami du p\u00e8re de l\u2019enfant qui proposait r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 ce dernier de conduire sa fillette \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le substitut a requis une peine de 5 ans avec un maintien en d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n<p>En peine compl\u00e9mentaire, il demande 15 ann\u00e9es de suivi socio-judiciaire avec, en cas de manquement aux obligations, une peine suppl\u00e9mentaire de 3 ans.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ajoutent plusieurs interdictions, dont celles d\u2019entrer en contact avec des mineurs et la victime, une obligation de soin psychologique, de trouver un travail et d\u2019indemniser les victimes.<\/p>\n<p>Me Marie-Pierre Veinard axe sa d\u00e9fense sur l\u2019absence de compr\u00e9hension de son client.<\/p>\n<p>Elle \u00e9met des r\u00e9serves sur le comportement des parents et plaide pour un v\u00e9ritable suivi.<\/p>\n<h4>Inscription au FIJAIS<\/h4>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s d\u00e9lib\u00e9ration, Maxence Dehaye, pr\u00e9sident du tribunal prononce une peine de 7 ans, avec maintien en d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une peine compl\u00e9mentaire de 7 ans en suivi socio-judiciaire avec 3 ann\u00e9es de prison suppl\u00e9mentaires en cas de non-respect des obligations suivantes : de travail, de c\u00f4toyer des mineurs et en particulier la victime, d\u2019exercer une profession avec des mineurs m\u00eame \u00e0 titre b\u00e9n\u00e9vole, d\u2019indemniser les victimes, d\u2019effectuer des soins psychologiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019inscription au FIJAIS (Fichier judiciaire automatis\u00e9 des auteurs d\u2019infractions sexuelles ou violentes), non effectu\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la condamnation en cour d\u2019assises, est demand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant les parties civiles, 6 000 \u20ac sont accord\u00e9s \u00e0 la victime et 600 \u20ac aux parents au titre de l\u2019article 475-1 du code p\u00e9nal.<\/p>\n<p>Source : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lavoixdunord.fr\/199191\/article\/2017-08-01\/le-recidiviste-agresse-sexuellement-une-fillette-handicapee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Voix du Nord<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il n\u2019y a pas de mots assez forts pour d\u00e9crire ce qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre jug\u00e9 au tribunal. &nbsp; C\u2019est l\u2019histoire d\u2019une fille de 10 ans, handicap\u00e9e, agress\u00e9e sexuellement dans un d\u00e9tachement familial le plus complet.
