Ce mercredi, devant le tribunal correctionnel d\u2019\u00c9vry, la duret\u00e9 des mots du procureur de la R\u00e9publique s\u2019est heurt\u00e9e au d\u00e9ni d\u2019un homme de 56 ans reconnu coupable de violences sur un mineur de moins de 15 ans.<\/h4>\n

D\u00e9but mars, alors qu\u2019il circulait en voiture, \u00e0 Morigny-Champigny (Essonne), il s\u2019\u00e9tait arr\u00eat\u00e9 pour corriger un gar\u00e7on de 12 ans qui urinait sous un pont.<\/p>\n

Des faits pour lesquels il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 neuf mois de prison dont six avec sursis.<\/p>\n

Mais pour les magistrats, les motifs de l\u2019intervention de cet ancien employ\u00e9 de la mairie d\u2019\u00c9tampes, d\u00e9j\u00e0 condamn\u00e9 pour une agression sexuelle sur un enfant et actuellement mis en examen dans une affaire de viol sur un mineur, sont tout autres.<\/p>\n

\u00abVous avez insist\u00e9 pour qu\u2019il vous suive un peu plus loin et qu\u2019il baisse nettement son pantalon\u00bb, insiste la magistrate.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\u00abC\u2019\u00e9tait juste pour lui mettre une fess\u00e9e\u00bb, r\u00e9p\u00e8te-t-il inlassablement.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Alcoolique, le pr\u00e9venu a promis de se soigner.<\/p>\n

Le tribunal ne lui a pas donn\u00e9 le choix et lui impose de prendre en main son addiction et de suivre des s\u00e9ances chez un psychologue.<\/p>\n

Il devra \u00e9galement indemniser la famille de la victime \u00e0 hauteur de 800 \u20ac et a interdiction d\u2019entrer en contact avec des mineurs.<\/p>\n
