N\u00e9anmoins, il sera dispens\u00e9 de peine. Il avait entretenu, en 2016, une relation avec une jeune fille de 14 ans alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait \u00e2g\u00e9 de 29 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un ancien \u00e9tudiant au s\u00e9minaire \u00e9tait jug\u00e9 jeudi 25 juin par le tribunal correctionnel de Gap (Hautes-Alpes) pour \u00ab\u2009atteinte sexuelle par un majeur sur mineur de moins de 15 ans\u2009\u00bb rapporte Le Dauphin\u00e9 Lib\u00e9r\u00e9. L\u2019homme, qui avait 29 ans au moment des faits, \u00e9tait accus\u00e9 d\u2019avoir entretenu une relation avec une coll\u00e9gienne.<\/p>\n<p>Quand il rencontre la victime \u00e2g\u00e9e de 14 ans, au printemps 2016, le pr\u00e9venu, qui est alors regardant au dioc\u00e8se de Gap, est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 la \u00ab\u2009K\u2019to sph\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb. Un lieu d\u2019accueil et d\u2019\u00e9coute pour les mineurs comme pour les majeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Mais ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en octobre 2017 que cette relation est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 une connaissance de la jeune fille au travers d\u2019une discussion par messagerie instantan\u00e9e, relate le quotidien r\u00e9gional.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9change sera transmis \u00e0 un religieux de la paroisse, qui en fera part au procureur de la r\u00e9publique.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Il assume \u00ab\u2009un flirt\u2009\u00bb<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>\u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, le jeune homme est en poste \u00e0 Paris, en tant qu\u2019assistant de vie aux familles. Il \u00e9crit un mail au religieux de la paroisse dans lequel il indique\u2009:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u2009J\u2019assume que nous avons eu un flirt, que nous avons stopp\u00e9 sachant que nous allions nous d\u00e9truire. \u00c0 ce moment-l\u00e0, je savais que je ne pouvais pas continuer en s\u00e9minaire\u2009\u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>La relation, d\u00e9crite comme sentimentale et physique par le journal local, s\u2019est achev\u00e9e en octobre 2016. M\u00eame si la jeune fille de 14 ans a affirm\u00e9 \u00eatre \u00ab\u2009parfaitement consentante\u2009\u00bb, la justice a le devoir d\u2019intervenir au regard de son tr\u00e8s jeune \u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de l\u2019audience, le pr\u00e9venu a soulign\u00e9 qu\u2019il connaissait parfaitement l\u2019\u00e2ge de la jeune fille mais s\u2019est dit attir\u00e9 par \u00ab\u2009sa maturit\u00e9\u2009\u00bb, rapporte Le Dauphin\u00e9. Par ailleurs, l\u2019expertise psychiatrique n\u2019a fait appara\u00eetre aucune pathologie et aucune dangerosit\u00e9 chez le pr\u00e9venu.<\/p>\n<p><strong> L\u2019ex s\u00e9minariste a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable, mais a obtenu la dispense de peine demand\u00e9e par son avocat.
