Les faits se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s, le 26\u00a0juin 2018, \u00e0 Mervent. Un homme a tent\u00e9 d\u2019enlever une fillette de 11\u00a0ans avec son scooter, alors qu\u2019elle rentrait chez elle. Interpell\u00e9, le pr\u00e9venu, un r\u00e9cidiviste, devra passer en jugement le 19\u00a0juillet. Il est incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 La Roche-sur-Yon.<\/h3>\n

Alors qu\u2019elle rentre \u00e0 son domicile, \u00e0 Mervent, en cette fin de journ\u00e9e du 26\u00a0juin, aux alentours de 18\u2009h, une fillette de 11\u00a0ans est accost\u00e9e par un homme sur un scooter.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Il utilise le subterfuge de la panne m\u00e9canique pour obtenir la confiance de la jeune fille, tout en lui demandant si son p\u00e8re est \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n

L\u2019individu insiste aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019enfant pour qu\u2019elle monte sur son scooter.<\/p>\n

Devant son refus, il la saisit alors par le bras gauche.<\/p>\n

L\u2019homme descend son pantalon, puis son cale\u00e7on et sort un couteau qu\u2019il tient le long de sa jambe.<\/p>\n

Il en profite alors pour se toucher lui-m\u00eame les parties intimes.<\/p>\n

La fillette parvient \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9chapper et \u00e0 s\u2019enfermer chez elle.<\/p>\n

Les investigations r\u00e9alis\u00e9es par la communaut\u00e9 de brigade de gendarmerie de Maillezais conduisent \u00e0 son interpellation.<\/p>\n

Il est plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue le 27\u00a0juin et poursuivi pour exhibition sexuelle et violence avec arme avec ITT (incapacit\u00e9 temporaire de travail) de moins de huit jours.<\/p>\n

Une premi\u00e8re audition en comparution imm\u00e9diate a lieu le 28\u00a0juin, devant le tribunal de La Roche-sur-Yon.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9fense ayant demand\u00e9 un d\u00e9lai pour pr\u00e9parer le dossier de son client, l\u2019audience est report\u00e9e au 19\u00a0juillet.<\/p>\n

En attendant, le pr\u00e9venu est incarc\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 La Roche-sur-Yon.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9cidiviste, il encourt jusqu\u2019\u00e0 quatorze ann\u00e9es de prison.<\/p>\n
