Son avocat, Me Marc Geiger, qui avait plaid\u00e9 la relaxe, a estim\u00e9 \u00e0 l’issue de l’audience que sa cliente ne devrait pas faire appel.<\/p>\n

Un an de cavale<\/h4>\n

Sandrine Chastan, une documentaliste de 40 ans, avait fui le domicile familial, \u00e0 Parrain-Augmontel, dans le Tarn, fin 2009 avec ses deux jumeaux, un gar\u00e7on et une fille de 8 ans, qu’elle a eu avec son mari, et sa fille a\u00een\u00e9e, \u00e2g\u00e9e de 15 ans, et n\u00e9e d’une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente union.<\/p>\n

Arr\u00eat\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2010, elle avait refus\u00e9 de d\u00e9voiler o\u00f9 elle cachait les jumeaux, finalement retrouv\u00e9s deux mois plus tard chez leur grand-m\u00e8re et tantes maternelles. Le tribunal les a condamn\u00e9es respectivement \u00e0 deux mois et trois mois de prison avec sursis.<\/p>\n

Le p\u00e8re d\u00e9ment tout abus<\/h4>\n

Sandrine Chastan avait expliqu\u00e9 vouloir prot\u00e9ger ses filles de son mari, qu’elle accusait d’abus sexuels \u00e0 leur encontre.<\/p>\n

Le fait qu’elle<\/p>\n

“ait accept\u00e9 d’\u00eatre incarc\u00e9r\u00e9e plut\u00f4t que dire o\u00f9 \u00e9taient ses enfants donne une id\u00e9e de l’\u00e9tat d’esprit”<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

de la m\u00e8re de famille, selon son avocat, Me Marc Geiger.<\/p>\n

Elle disait n’avoir d’abord pas cru les accusations de sa fille a\u00een\u00e9e<\/strong>, avant que la cadette ne prof\u00e8re les m\u00eames quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard.<\/p>\n

Mais le p\u00e8re, qui s’\u00e9tait constitu\u00e9 partie civile, avait d\u00e9menti tout abus sexuel.<\/p>\n

Une ordonnance de non-lieu avait d’ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e en sa faveur \u00e0 Castres<\/strong> en ce qui concerne les accusations d’abus sur la jumelle.<\/p>\n

Celles relatives \u00e0 l’a\u00een\u00e9e sont toujours en instruction \u00e0 Avignon.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le juge pour enfants devrait prochainement se prononcer sur la garde des enfants. Les jumeaux sont plac\u00e9s. L’a\u00een\u00e9e vit chez sa grand-m\u00e8re.<\/strong><\/p>\n
