Les faits ont eu lieu dans sa ferme entre 2004 et 2008, alors que le gamin avait entre 10 et 14 ans.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__text\">\n<p>Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en 2015, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 20 ans, que la victime a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte \u00e0 la police de Libramont. Il s\u2019\u00e9tait confi\u00e9 \u00e0 ses parents et \u00e0 sa compagne apr\u00e8s avoir fait une tentative de suicide par pendaison.<\/p>\n<p>Le pr\u00e9venu a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 par le tribunal de Neufch\u00e2teau en 2011 pour des attentats \u00e0 la pudeur sur une gamine de moins de 10 ans.<\/p>\n<p>Au minist\u00e8re public, le procureur de division \u00c9tienne Donnay avait requis une peine de 6 ans de prison.
