Christian Ramillon, 64 ans, compara\u00eet libre, aujourd’hui et demain.<\/h3>\n

Il est accus\u00e9 de viol incestueux commis sur une mineure, \u00e0 savoir sa fille, avec plusieurs circonstances aggravantes, \u00e0 Castres entre 1990 et 1993.<\/h4>\n

Il est d\u00e9fendu par Me Micha\u00ebl Malka et la partie civile est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par Me Herv\u00e9 Renier.<\/p>\n

Tout commence le 13 juillet 2011.<\/p>\n

Une jeune femme de 29 ans d\u00e9pose plainte contre son p\u00e8re, au commissariat de Castres, pour des viols qu’elle aurait subis alors qu’elle avait entre 8 et 11 ans.<\/p>\n

Ces viols se produisaient \u00e0 Castres, explique-t-elle, un week-end sur deux \u00e0 l’occasion de la garde altern\u00e9e depuis le divorce de ses parents.<\/p>\n

Son p\u00e8re, qui abusait d’elle, lui intimait l’ordre de ne rien dire, tout en lui faisant des cadeaux.<\/p>\n

Elle pr\u00e9cisait qu’il s’alcoolisait beaucoup.<\/p>\n

La jeune fille, traumatis\u00e9e, aurait fait une tentative de suicide avant de se renfermer sur elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 l’\u00e2ge de 19 ans, elle aurait confi\u00e9 son lourd secret \u00e0 sa m\u00e8re mais n’aurait pas d\u00e9pos\u00e9 plainte pensant que les faits \u00e9taient prescrits.<\/p>\n

Le p\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 aussit\u00f4t plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue pour \u00eatre longuement entendu par les enqu\u00eateurs.<\/p>\n

Il a reconnu les faits, parlant de pulsions, d’alcoolisation mais aussi de l’attitude \u00abaguicheuse\u00bb de sa fille.<\/p>\n

La m\u00e8re et les deux fr\u00e8res de la victime, entendus \u00e9galement, avouaient n’avoir rien remarqu\u00e9 d’anormal.<\/p>\n

Si ce n’est le changement de caract\u00e8re et l’agressivit\u00e9 de la jeune fille.<\/p>\n
