Sa s\u0153ur surprendra la sc\u00e8ne et avise rapidement le reste de la famille en m\u00eame temps que la police.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La petite fille qui souffre d\u2019un retard mental peinera \u00e0 raconter les agissements<\/strong> de son p\u00e8re mais chacun comprend rapidement que ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019elle est victime.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la barre, C\u00e9dric L. admet qu\u2019il a eu une demande similaire, il y a deux ans. Mais <strong>la fillette l\u2019a accus\u00e9 \u00e9galement d\u2019attouchements<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La procureure retient cette parole et la gravit\u00e9 des faits pour requ\u00e9rir deux ans de prison dont dix-huit mois avec sursis et mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve pendant deux ans. <strong>Pour Me Thomas Sebbane en d\u00e9fense, les r\u00e9quisitions sont trop lourdes<\/strong>, ne serait-ce que pour tenir compte de l\u2019alt\u00e9ration du discernement de son client relev\u00e9 par l\u2019expert-psychiatre.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C\u00e9dric L. est d\u00e9ficient mental<\/strong>, il a une allocation d\u2019adulte handicap\u00e9. L\u2019avocat souligne aussi un contexte familial particulier\u00a0: <strong>le pr\u00e9venu a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime enfant d\u2019attouchements de la part de son beau-p\u00e8re<\/strong>. Il a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 la justice des mineurs comme auteur de relations incestueuses lorsqu\u2019il avait quinze ans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le tribunal a condamn\u00e9 C\u00e9dric L. \u00e0 six mois de prison ferme<\/strong> auquel s\u2019ajoute un suivi socio-judiciaire pendant cinq ans avec injonction de soins psychiatriques et psychologiques.
