L\u2019ancien premier adjoint de Rue (Somme), qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9mis de ses fonctions le 5 avril dernier, a \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9 ce mardi devant le tribunal correctionnel d\u2019Amiens pour agression sexuelle sur mineur.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le proc\u00e8s s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 huis clos, donc sans le public et sans la presse, \u00e0 la demande de la famille de la victime, un adolescent.<\/p>\n

Roger Puma, 58 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu coupable des faits qui se sont produits le 15 mars 2017 et il est relax\u00e9 pour ceux dat\u00e9s du 13 mars.<\/p>\n

Il \u00e9cope de quatre mois de prison avec sursis, avec l\u2019obligation de soins, l\u2019interdiction d\u2019entrer en contact avec la victime.<\/p>\n

Et sa condamnation figurera sur son casier judiciaire.<\/p>\n

Les faits ont eu lieu sur le lieu de travail du pr\u00e9venu, professeur de cuisine \u00e0 la cit\u00e9 scolaire du Marquenterre \u00e0 Rue.<\/p>\n

L\u2019adolescent a expliqu\u00e9 avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019attouchements sexuels durant un cours.<\/p>\n

Selon Me J\u00e9r\u00f4me Cr\u00e9pin, l\u2019avocat du pr\u00e9venu, l\u2019acte a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s bref.<\/p>\n

Et pour lui, \u00ab il y a un doute raisonnable \u00bb qui devait profiter \u00e0 son client quant \u00e0 l\u2019intention d\u2019agresser.<\/p>\n

Pour Me Fran\u00e7ois R\u00e9gnier, l\u2019avocat de l\u2019adolescent, l\u2019agression sexuelle \u00e9tait caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e.<\/p>\n
