Un individu a r\u00e9cemment \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9, par la Cour d&#8217;appel de Kh\u00e9nifra, \u00e0 cinq ans de prison ferme seulement pour le viol de sa propre fille, tomb\u00e9e enceinte suite \u00e0 cet abus sexuel.<\/p>\n<p>Ce scandale, qui a secou\u00e9 toute la ville, remonte \u00e0 l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2015. La jeune femme avait rendu visite \u00e0 son p\u00e8re, 53 ans, qui venait tout juste de divorcer. Elle avait d\u00e9cid\u00e9, pour lui tenir compagnie, de passer une semaine chez lui.<\/p>\n<p>Or, un beau soir, alors que l&#8217;homme s&#8217;\u00e9tait enivr\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;eau de vie, il s&#8217;est rendu dans la chambre o\u00f9 dormaient sa fille et son enfant, un petit gar\u00e7on de trois ans, pour violer la jeune femme sous la menace \u00e0 l&#8217;arme blanche.<\/p>\n<p>Un crime d&#8217;une violence insoutenable. Pourtant, l&#8217;individu s&#8217;en sortira avec une peine de cinq ans de prison seulement.
