Face \u00e0 l\u2019expert-psychiatre, le r\u00e9cidiviste de 66 ans montre qu\u2019il ne comprend pas pleinement ce qu\u2019on lui reproche. D\u00e9j\u00e0 condamn\u00e9 en 2012 pour agression sexuelle sur un mineur, Herv\u00e9 s\u2019en est pris cette fois \u00e0 sa petite-fille aujourd\u2019hui \u00e2g\u00e9e de 12 ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les sc\u00e8nes d\u2019attouchements se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es de 2014 au 27 novembre 2016, \u00e0 Saint-Eustache-la-For\u00eat et \u00e0 Gruchet-le-Valasse, au domicile du p\u00e8re de la petite lorsqu\u2019elle y venait. Son grand-p\u00e8re y \u00e9tait log\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Les faits sont reconnus, comme le pr\u00e9cise la pr\u00e9sidente de la correctionnelle du Havre ce jeudi 1er d\u00e9cembre 2016.<\/p>\n

En raison de difficult\u00e9s \u00ab respiratoires et d\u2019hypertension \u00bb, l\u2019avocate tente de plaider un \u00ab contr\u00f4le judiciaire strict \u00bb jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019audience de renvoi du 20 d\u00e9cembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elle demande \u00e0 mieux pr\u00e9parer la d\u00e9fense du pr\u00e9venu pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en comparution imm\u00e9diate.<\/p>\n

Mais le parquet requiert \u00ab sans surprise aucune \u00bb la d\u00e9tention provisoire.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Il y a un manque de r\u00e9flexion patent chez monsieur \u00bb, d\u00e9plore le procureur.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Les juges d\u00e9cident donc que le pr\u00e9venu attendra bien son proc\u00e8s en prison.<\/strong><\/p>\n
