Un quinquag\u00e9naire de Condom, sur lequel enqu\u00eataient les gendarmes de Condom, la brigade de recherche auscitaine et un service toulousain, surfait sur des sites de discussions fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s par de jeunes internautes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u00e0, il entrait en contact avec des interlocuteurs mineurs, avant de leur faire des propositions de nature sexuelle.<\/p>\n

L’enqu\u00eate a dur\u00e9 plusieurs mois, jusqu’\u00e0 la mi-novembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Les gendarmes d’Auch et Condom l’ont arr\u00eat\u00e9 \u00e0 son domicile, o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9galement saisi des images \u00e0 caract\u00e8re p\u00e9dopornographique.<\/p>\n

Une affaire plut\u00f4t rare dans le paysage judiciaire du Gers : il ne s’agit pas simplement de d\u00e9tention d’images, mais bien d’une recherche, active, de contacts avec des mineurs, beaucoup moins fr\u00e9quente selon les services de gendarmerie.<\/strong><\/p>\n
