Le petit gar\u00e7on, parti au parc avec son papa et son petit fr\u00e8re de 2 ans, pr\u00e9c\u00e8de ceux-ci dans la rue. \u00c0 un moment donn\u00e9, un homme \u00e9galement sur le trottoir s\u2019empare de plusieurs journaux gratuits, pos\u00e9s devant un magasin, et en tend un au petit gar\u00e7on.<\/p>\n<p>Ils traversent alors le passage pi\u00e9ton sous les yeux du papa qui, lui, est bloqu\u00e9 par un feu rouge. Le temps que celui-ci traverse, il retrouve son petit gar\u00e7on assis sur un banc du parc et \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s l\u2019homme qui a gliss\u00e9 sa main sur le sexe de l\u2019enfant.<\/p>\n<p>On imagine le choc pour le papa qui, une fois n\u2019est pas coutume dans ce genre de situation, a fait montre d\u2019une extr\u00eame ma\u00eetrise de lui-m\u00eame et d\u2019un calme stup\u00e9fiant. Sans violence mais avec une ferme d\u00e9termination, il a oblig\u00e9 l\u2019homme \u00e0 attendre la police pr\u00e9alablement pr\u00e9venue.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab <em>C\u2019\u00e9tait dur pour moi mais je ne souhaitais pas r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la violence par une autre violence<\/em> \u00bb a-t-il expliqu\u00e9 hier, lui qui dans la vie exerce le m\u00e9tier de psychologue.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4 class=\"point\">\u00ab Un coup de folie \u00bb\u2026<\/h4>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019audience, Bernard Cardis \u2013 d\u00e9j\u00e0 condamn\u00e9 pour des faits d\u2019exhibition sexuelle \u2013 appara\u00eet h\u00e9b\u00e9t\u00e9 et comme absent. Il est incapable d\u2019expliquer son geste :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab <em>\u00c7a ne se fait pas, c\u2019est d\u00e9fendu. C\u2019\u00e9tait un coup de folie<\/em> \u00bb, dira-t-il tout en en reconnaissant la gravit\u00e9, ce qu\u2019il n\u2019avait pas fait dans un premier temps, l\u00e2chant un simple \u00ab<strong><em> bof !<\/em><\/strong> \u00bb \u00e0 un t\u00e9moin qui s\u2019en indignait.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>D\u00e9crit par les experts comme responsable, mais limit\u00e9 intellectuellement et d\u00e9pressif depuis la mort accidentelle de son \u00e9pouse, il est lui-m\u00eame p\u00e8re de trois enfants et grand-p\u00e8re de plusieurs petits-enfants.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab <em>Imaginez-vous un instant ce que cet enfant a ressenti ?<\/em> \u00bb interroge le procureur, qui estime que l\u2019enfant a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00ab <em><strong>app\u00e2t\u00e9<\/strong> <\/em>\u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Et de r\u00e9clamer deux ans d\u2019emprisonnement, un suivi socio judiciaire et une inscription au fichier des auteurs d\u2019infractions sexuelles.<\/p>\n<p>Son d\u00e9fenseur tentera d\u2019adoucir la peine en r\u00e9clamant surtout des soins pour son client.
