Il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 alors suspendu de ses fonctions, tant pastorales que dans l\u2019enseignement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon une source polici\u00e8re interrog\u00e9e \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque, le religieux avait :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong> \u00ab\u00a0partiellement reconnu les faits en les minimisant\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Une version contest\u00e9e par des proches du P.\u00a0Philippe Dockwiller, qui affirment qu\u2019il aurait au contraire rejet\u00e9 les accusations.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0Philippe a toujours dit qu\u2019il \u00e9tait innocent. On ne saura jamais d\u00e9sormais s\u2019il l\u2019\u00e9tait\u00a0\u00bb, regrette le P.\u00a0Michel Lachenaud.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Le prieur provincial de la province dominicaine de France, qui rappelle qu\u2019en tout \u00e9tat de cause<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab On n\u2019en \u00e9tait qu\u2019\u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape devant la justice\u00a0\u00bb. Les faits \u00e9taient donc couverts par la pr\u00e9somption d\u2019innocence.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Selon certaines sources, la jeune victime aurait m\u00eame retir\u00e9 sa plainte. Ce que l\u2019ordre dominicain n\u2019\u00e9tait pas en mesure lundi de confirmer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Une lettre du provincial \u00e0 La Croix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e \u00e0 La Croix, le prieur de la province de France a manifest\u00e9 son \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9contentement\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 propos des informations publi\u00e9es dimanche sur le site Internet\u2009de notre quotidien\u2009: \u00ab\u00a0Nous regrettons le ton et le propos de l\u2019article.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Nous attendons des m\u00e9dias respect et pudeur devant la souffrance d\u2019une famille et d\u2019une communaut\u00e9. Il n\u2019est pas opportun d\u2019ajouter un malheur au malheur. &#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>NDLR : Non, mais il serait opportun d&#8217;enqu\u00eater sur Philippe Dockwiller, afin que la
