Il aurait reconnu une quinzaine de faits, mais dans le bus.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res semaines, deux plaintes avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9es apr\u00e8s que deux coll\u00e9giennes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des exhibitions sexuelles, avenue de l\u2019Hippodrome \u00e0 Arras. Si bien que la police avait mis en place un dispositif de surveillance.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019un Arrageois de 37 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9, vendredi midi, en flagrant d\u00e9lit d\u2019exhibition sexuelle \u00e0 l\u2019encontre d\u2019une jeune fille de 11 ans. Trois plaintes ont d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9es par la police. Et ce n\u2019est peut-\u00eatre pas fini&#8230;<\/p>\n<h3>En voiture ou en bus<\/h3>\n<p>En effet, en garde \u00e0 vue, l\u2019individu, inconnu de la police pour ce type de faits, aurait reconnu une quinzaine d\u2019exhibitions sexuelles dans le bus. Un mode op\u00e9ratoire que les enqu\u00eateurs ignoraient jusqu\u2019alors, les plaintes faisant juste \u00e9tat d\u2019un homme circulant en voiture et abordant ses jeunes victimes tout en exhibant son sexe et en se touchant.<\/p>\n<p>Un travail de rapprochement avec d\u2019autres plaintes est actuellement en cours au commissariat de police pour retrouver d\u2019autres victimes potentielles.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est dans ce cadre que les enqu\u00eateurs lancent un appel \u00e0 t\u00e9moins dont voici le contenu : Suite \u00e0 des faits d\u2019exhibitions sexuelles commis sur Arras depuis ao\u00fbt 2014, les policiers de la brigade de protection de la famille du commissariat cherchent \u00e0 identifier d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles victimes de ces faits qui ne se seraient pas manifest\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le mis en cause agit avec les deux modes op\u00e9ratoires suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019individu circule \u00e0 bord d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule bleu, il aborde une personne circulant \u00e0 pied pour lui demander une direction tout en exhibant son sexe et en se touchant.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019individu emprunte le r\u00e9seau de transport Artois (bus et abris de bus), s\u2019exhibe et se caresse \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des victimes.<\/p>\n<h3>Enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire<\/h3>\n<p>Le signalement de l\u2019auteur fait \u00e9tat d\u2019un homme qui para\u00eet entre 40 et 50 ans, de type europ\u00e9en, corpulence mince, mesurant environ 1,70 m, cheveux courts ch\u00e2tains, pouvant porter des lunettes de vue.<\/p>\n<p>Pour tout renseignement, appelez la brigade des mineurs ou le service du quart au commissariat au 03 21 24 50 17. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En attendant la poursuite de l\u2019enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire, le suspect a \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9 libre et sera reconvoqu\u00e9 ult\u00e9rieurement pour \u00eatre \u00e0 nouveau plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue.<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"httpss:\/\/m.lavoixdunord.fr\/region\/arras-un-homme-arrete-en-flagrant-delit-d-exhibition-ia29b0n3205568\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/m.lavoixdunord.fr\/<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vendredi, un homme de 37 ans a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 par la police en flagrant d\u00e9lit d\u2019exhibition sexuelle, avenue de l\u2019Hippodrome, \u00e0 Arras.
