Ouverture du proc\u00e8s en correctionnelle le 15 juin 2015<\/strong> \u00e0 14h au Tribunal de Grande Instance d’Angers<\/strong> d’un ancien P\u00e9diatre contre 14 victimes, l’accusant d’attouchements (avec et sans p\u00e9n\u00e9tration) sur mineurs de moins de 15 ans.<\/p>\n

Les faits remonteraient \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque o\u00f9 le p\u00e9diatre \u00e9tait en exercice, il y a une vingtaine d’ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

L’affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e par une victime, qui a d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 des r\u00e9miniscences douloureuses lors de la naissance de son premier enfant.<\/p>\n

Cette patiente s’est souvenue des pratiques faites par son p\u00e9diatre qu’elle avait refoul\u00e9es pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es pendant son enfance de 5 \u00e0 11 ans. L\u2019accus\u00e9 pr\u00e9textait des tests auditifs, il demandait aux parents d’attendre leur fille dans la salle d\u2019attente.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s un premier d\u00e9p\u00f4t de plainte en 2007, fautes de t\u00e9moignages celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 class\u00e9e sans suite en 2009.<\/h3>\n

Cette jeune femme d\u00e9termin\u00e9e pour faire entendre la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 s’est lanc\u00e9e \u00e0 la recherche d’autres victimes sur des sites communautaires. Une des victimes s\u2019est rapproch\u00e9e d\u2019elle en lui signalant qu\u2019une personne de son entourage avait elle aussi eu affaire \u00e0 ce p\u00e9diatre. Toutes trois ont adress\u00e9 une plainte avec constitution de partie civile au doyen des juges d’instruction d’Angers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Suite \u00e0 un premier article publi\u00e9 par une presse locale relatant les faits, les enqu\u00eateurs de la police nationale ont re\u00e7u 11 autres plaintes<\/span>. Gr\u00e2ce au courage et la t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 de cette premi\u00e8re victime.<\/p>\n

Il est important de pr\u00e9ciser que ces 14 femmes n\u2019ont aucun lien. Qu\u2019elles r\u00e9sident d\u00e9sormais dans des d\u00e9partements diff\u00e9rents, elles ont subi les pratiques douteuses de ce p\u00e9diatre pendant leur enfance et ne sont pas de la m\u00eame g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

L’ancien p\u00e9diatre a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en examen<\/strong> en 2013<\/strong>, pour viols<\/strong> et agressions sexuelles sur mineur de moins de 15 ans<\/strong> et a \u00e9t\u00e9 remis en libert\u00e9 pendant l’instruction de l’affaire, avec interdiction de s\u2019approcher des victimes et de quitter le territoire.<\/p>\n

L’heure est venue pour ce p\u00e9diatre retrait\u00e9 de faire face aux accusions faites par ces 14 victimes, le 15 juin 2015<\/strong> \u00e0 14h au Tribunal de Grande Instance d’Angers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
